Here are a few tips on how to make the most of your visit:
  • Arrive Early - don't add stress by rushing to an appointment. Arriving early allows time to relax, fill out our guest intake form, and change into your robe. This also gives you a chance to relax in the sauna, jacuzzi, or steam room.

  • During your massage, always let the therapist know when something feels good and be sure to communicate if anything is uncomfortable.

  • Customized Care - Please let the therapist know if there are specific areas to focus on or of concern. Your massage will be personalized to fit your needs and can include different techniques, i.e. stretching, energy work, or reflexology.

  • Rehydrate! Drink plenty of water after any massage or body treatment, especially if you've visited the sauna, steam or jacuzzi.

  • Cancellation - We require a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or change the date/time of your appointment. The full service will be charged on late cancellations or no-shows.
